I'm Elmer Monroy, a God-loving man, a husband, and a father. I have over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the years, I have acquired a full knowledge of the trade by working with some of the top Construction companies in Virginia. This allowed me to open my own Company specializing in residential development, additions, and home remodels with a broad understanding of construction.

Our mission is to give our clients an exciting, turn-key construction experience. To do so, we control and manage the quality of the work by properly estimating, scheduling, planning, and analyzing the scope of work per NAICS code to ensure client satisfaction.
Transparency and Quality are our goals. After years of working in construction, I quickly noticed how "shortcuts" and making "another dollar" were the goals. My faith in God taught me that there was another way—a Correct, honoring way—to do work. This is also one of the key reasons as to why I opened my own business: to give others a good view of construction done professionally, safely, and with Passion.
