I was very happy with the job Vivo did on our historic fan house. They are very knowledgeable about how to fix any problems but still maintain the historical integrity. Vivo Construction was a pleasure to work with. Exceptional work, great communication and service. They did above and beyond what we expected. Even when we asked for changes after the fact, they did what we asked without any questioning. See pictures to see how great work they did. New recessed lighting, wood floor installation, knocked out 2 walls and installed arched openings, all trim replaced, walls and ceiling painted, and electrical work rerouted.
